This product works, after a few days I noticed my skin was smoother. There's no taste so you can add it to anything. I put in my coffee in the mornings.

I have been using the products for 2 years now. I've always had thin nails but since starting this they stay strong and doesn't break easily. I am 50yrs old but told I look 36 - 40 yrs old. I was noticing some crepping on my thighs before starting product and noticed a significant improvement within weeks of use. I know the contain isn't full but the benefits are more important. I put a teaspoon in my blueberry vanilla coffee and have never noticed any change in flavor. It dissolves quickly. I will continue to order this product and have recommended it to friends and family.

This tastes better, when mixed with tea or juice, because of the taste it has. It dissolves easily in hot drinks, rather than cold drinks. Although the container is not filled with the product, which was a little disappointing. You can also use a teaspoon, it lasts a while. Nails , and skin appear better.

Then powder doesn't dissolve well in cold.liquids, tou probably won't notice in a smoothie or hot beverages.

I have been using collagen for a while now - I add it to both my hot and cold brew coffee in the morning. It does not change the taste of my coffee at all. I use a tiny hand mixer (a frother that I purchased on amazon) and I get better results using that than just stirring with a spoon. My skin and hair look great. I will be 49 in December and people are always asking what kind of moisturizer I use - I tell them to drink their collagen! I've used other collagen products and this is pretty inexpensive and easy to obtain. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my first time using and i can see improvement in my nails already and its not finish as yet. It mix out easily well mix with with drink r tea it will b tasteless
