These are a wall saver! We’ve had gates in the house on and off for years between having grandkids and dogs in the house. This is the first time I’ve ever used these, and I’m so glad that I bought them because they protect the doorframes and walls from being damaged with the pressure the gates put on them. Great value and very durable.

Bought these for use with our Carlson pet gates to protect the walls in our rental home. They fit perfectly on the mounting supports for the gate, and keep the wall from being damaged. The back side is grippy enough that once the mounting supports were properly adjusteven my husband couldn't knock the gate over or make it move. Easy to use and does exactly what they are supposed to.

GREAT PRODUCT. I installed a dog/baby gate I purchase off Amazon . needed an extra 1/4 in on each side to make for a tight fit. I also did not want to screw the gate directly into the wall of our new house. These wall protectors did the job. Looks clean and polished without ruining the wall and trim. Also helped to stabile the gate. Now it keeps my daughters dog fro reaching the cats litter box. Problem solved. Highly recommend this product as it can be used for multiple projects. BY the Way...Im a 64 yr old women and was able to assemble the gate and install in about 30 min max (well probably could have done it in record time if it weren't for the fur babies wanting attention)

I have a 70lb Bouvier des Flandres & a 105lb Giant Schnauzer who we have a baby gate up in the hallway to keep my daughter's cat separated from being eaten by the dogs. The 70lb Bouv isn't interested in the cat being in his house so he frequently will push the gate along the wall since I only have it installed with tension.The positives are...- It does not damage my wall even with a lot of tension (yay).- It stays put with normal use!- It is easy to install.- These ones are much smaller than the normal ones.The somewhat? negatives are below, but are unique to my situation.- It does not stay put without being installed into a stud. If I installed these into the sheetrock I am 100% sure I would have nails drug through my walls from my dog hitting the gate when he tries to get the cat.- I'm not sure I could install these smaller ones into studs and have them stay put, but I may try eventually.- These ones don't seem to stay put as well as the larger/normal size wall nannys. I used to have a set that went to one of my kids' houses and I replaced my set with these smaller ones.

These work great in our home. I’ve had them up for over six months because writing this review and they haven’t budged on our wall…even with our daughter who stands on the gate attached to them. Very sturdy and functional. Bonus points you won’t have to drill holes into your wall!
