If you are looking for a good solution for cooking while travelling. Hostel cooking etc. this is a great product. It is compact, comes with some cute fixtures. Have tried idli, pulao, egg curry and mix veg and paneer curry. All of them came out very nice. It cooks very quickly. Yes, the device switches off when the weight is less than a certain level, which makes frying/ sauté difficult, but there are hacks to it, like cover, put a bowl with water on top to give the weight etc. there are dozens of videos online. Love cooking in this!

Product is not good . My food got burnt. It auto stops & auto starts again .I got a defected piece . There were stains on the lid . With washing also it din’t go.The food spills out when its boiling staining the outer body of the hotpot.Burnt part isn’t going even after scurbing it with a scrubbier & powder.I am not at all happy with this product. Unfortunately my return time is overdue.

I feel sorry to inform that the product is not functioning properly. The switch doesn't function in the low mood. It only works in the high mode. As such while cooking rice in higher mode, the water overflows. Initially after purchase when rice was being cooked in low mode, it was okay. Can it be replaced with another one of some other brand ?

After 2 years of using it is still good. But switch melted after 1 year of extreme usage, changed the switch and working fine. Still good after 2 years of cooking. I am mostly cooking rice, soupy dishes, noodles and boiling egg.
