Is there room in the case for Computer and power brick?

I store a 17" hp laptop, mousepad, power supply and a logitech mx mouse in mine. I like this case, only gripe is the material/shoulderstrap is a bit slippery and slides off my shoulder.

I have an older Lenovo that is quite heavy. Anyone use the case for a heavy, by todays standards, laptop and if so does the bag hold up?

As long as it fits it should hold up just fine the only thing you might want to keep a eye on is the sholder stap
