VFM if getting at offer price
Good led tube got at offer price. Purchased the pack of 2 at 230. There was a small dent in one item but didn't returned and using the product. Connection wire length can be a little bit more. Purchased this because it's showing as Philips sub brand , need to use atleast few months only after that we can know about durability of this item.

I have received defective product
I ordered 2 ECOLINK Champion LED batten 20 wats tube lights. One was working fine and the second one is not working I think due to poor paking or in the transit one was damaged back side of the light back panel 😭😭 when I checked the lights for at the timeof fitting one wase defective not working middle of portion not working I checked for return it was closed after one week in this regard on light cover its showing 1 year warranty but no use to call forbwarranty services center.......just I missed one day delay for return or replacement item which was not working properly.... AMAZON not providing to resolve the issue just one day delay I missed for the return or replacement....... customer service request not resolving i suggest to please check the items in time which was available for replacement......and also sujest to pls provide any service or replacement for this type of items......by amzone ......

Philips India changed their name to Signify and released their new brand Ecolink, which I thought to try this time. Usually, LED Battens in my house are Phillips Ujjwala.One of the lights was not working, I had to return both the items as it’s considered a pack of 1. Amazon was very good as usual. The new pair was exchanged for the old one.Using both of them for a week now. No complaints. Bright light. Performance as usual, compared to other similar brands.Very happy and would recommend
