Cheap but JUNK.
Leaks. Lasted exactly 1 season for me. When I went to test my engines this spring, it was leaking bad. Judging from the rust on the bracket it's attached to, it may have been leaking for a while. I run a Merc 350 that sees rough seas and 100 hours/season. OEM ones are much more expensive, but this thing, at any price isn't worth the hassle of digging under your engine every year.

Started leaking after 20 Hrs and 30 days
I replaced the raw water pump on a Mercruiser 5.7 engine, with this pump. Same external dimensions and appearance. The old pump had 200 hrs on it. As you well know it is a miserable job to replace this thing. The cost of it aside, it is hard work, especially in the water during Florida summer.The new one did not last 20 hrs. The purchase date is slightly over 30 days, so no returns. Now not only I am out of money but I am stuck replacing it again!If you do your own work, it's miserable, if you hire a mechanic to do it, it will cost you!I am looking for a better pump now. Please be aware!

Lasted 5 hours on the water. Seized. Return window closed. Scam!

Good solid part. Fits perfectly on 7.4 L mercruiser with raw water cooling. Fixed overheating and air locking issue - I guess new impeller was the key. Btw impeller part (rubber) is serviceable. But the housing on mine was cracked, so had to replace the whole unit.Keep in mind - these engines will have raw water pump (which is this unit) and also large water pump. Even with raw water cooling the large pump was fine when taken down and inspected, but this raw water pump was the culprit - when I took mine off - the rubber impeller was shredded to pieces. So if in question - check this one first on your engine before going after the big pump.Shipped quick. No complaints.
