Battery life isn't the best. I wish I could have a spare and be able to swap. The sound is amazing! Great bass finally. I spent nearly $1k trying out JBL trash, which all had terrible bass. This one hits all the notes, especially with the bass boost on. I'm looking forward to summer at the pool and beach. Sorry strangers! You're going to have to listen to my jams, loudly.

I have two of these that I’ve paired & they’ve been a big hit. I use them at home in the backyard, parties and also for my son’s sports practices & games.While I love these, one thing that does irk me is that when you plug in a mic, sound from the mic only comes through the speaker you’re plugged into. Wish there was a way to transmit mics wirelessly through both speakers simultaneously.

I have been very impressed with the loudness, bass, and clarity of this speaker. I used JBL before. I like this speaker a lot. I will say, when i have my guitar or microphone hooked to it, it cuts out for a couple seconds every once in a while. I have not found a pattern to this issue. I wanted to use these as gig speakers for small venues. Customer service has been terrible for me trying to figure out this issue. I cannot get ahold of anyone. Over all, great speaker quality, bad customer service.

I tried over a dozen speakers. I wanted something loud enough but not crazy large or heavy. This was the one I chose. Don’t get fooled into buying the larger version this. Here’s why: passive radiators. The larger version is ported on the sub, so you get chuff. The pass radiators give far deeper more solid bass response. The portability of this unit is amazing. It’s super easy to carry. Battery life is excellent. The sound quality is beyond good. I’m an absolute snob when it comes to good sound. This one checks all the boxes. I haven’t plugged in a microphone or guitar, but I could try I guess. The only thing I don’t like is the power button. I get why it is like it is though. You press briefly and it gives you the battery level. But then you sort of have to press it longer to turn it on. Once you get used to it, it’s easy. But I think I read reviews on that, and I can see why it could be frustrating. I can’t tell you how many people have commented at work how good the sound is on this. It is directional, so keep that in mind. It is loud enough that some people will tell you to turn it down. So be aware. I could see this being great for an outdoor movie or even indoors. Obviously you can add a second one in TWS for a better stereo image. I would imagine the sound would blow your head off with two! Absolutely enjoying this one all by itself. For the money, you can’t beat it.

Good quality speaker

The media could not be loaded. The speaker will malfuntion and support will leave you on read. Yea it was loud but sound quality was not as good as I was hoping. Tried different firmwares. No, I was not impressed. Lower volumes were just abysmal. Battery never lasted much more than hour on a full charge at mid volume. Dies very quickly at louder volume. Now the speaker will no longer power on or charge. I took very good care of this speaker and it was used mainly for indoor and car travel use. Customer support is non-existent. They asked me to send a video of the issue, which shows a blinking red light when plugged in. They have since stopped replying. Will not buy W-King products any more. Quality products and support are the foundation of any good company that will stand the test of time. Sadly my experience does not see any indication of this from W-King.

The speaker is just ok. Got it on sale so I'm glad i didn't pay over $200 for it. It sounds decent but i expected more from all the YouTube videos and reviews i read. The bass is just mediocre. It isn't very punchy, unless the volume is low. But as you raise it, the bass gets weaker. I have the power amp eq app installed on my phone so that helps to give it more bass so it sounds better than what our phone's put out. I almost returned it because it doesn't have the sound i was looking for but decided to keep it and save money from buying a better brand like JBL. It's not bad, but it's not great either for me. Just decent. My JBL charge 3 almost has the same sound and it's a 30 watt little speaker (just so you have something to compare)Update 4-16-2023: after done tile using it, i actually love this speaker. I recently requested for the firmware update and oh boy, it's a small change, but enough to notice it sounds way better. I'm glad i did the update. However, the work instructions they provide were misleading and had a missing step. No where did it mention about where to plug in the USB cable on the speaker, mind you there are two ports. Ok i emailed them and they mentioned to use the USB disk port. My speaker still wasn't being detected on the software tool. I tried everything. Even tried a second cable. Nothing. They ended up sending me a YouTube video of a guy that describes how to perform the update. After watching his video, I realized they totally missed to include an important part of the f/w update which is too hold down the + volume button while installing the cable in the USB disk port. And low and behold, the software finding detected my speaker to do the update. So, i ended up using their work instructions and emailed it back to them so they could post the new WI so the rest of the public had complete instructions. I hope they post it cuz without it, it makes no sense and you won't be able to complete the upgrade. Anyway, love this speaker even more now with the fw upgrade!
