My order came with everything but a straw for the pump so that it could reach the bottom of the bottle. Should that have been included??

Yes, it should have. The straw is beveled on either side and connects to the pump.

90 calories per 1oz. So it would depend on the pump that you put into the bottle.

Does this syrup need to be refrigerated after opening?

Yes and no. The syrup is only good for 30-60 days unrefrigerated, but it will last a lot longer if you refrigerate it. I’ve worked at coffee shops that use them and I also use them at home. They aren’t refrigerated in shops because they’re used up so quickly that it isn’t an issue, but it’s a different story at home. If you typically use a LOT of syrup or if you don’t mind wasting a bunch of it, it’s fine to leave out on your counter. Personally, I’d keep the main bottle in the fridge and just pour some into a smaller container to leave on the counter. That way it’s more convenient, but it’s much less likely to go bad.

Can i request glass bottle instead of plastic?

This is a question for the sellers to answer, i wish, i prefer glass,. I dont know if the plastic is BPA free
