Winfa Home Backyard Garden Flag Stand

This stand was received with the paint already chipping off of it and rusted. Also, it's tilted, and no matter how much I tighten it, it spins. We even put plumbers tape on the joints to make them better, but it hasn't helped. I will have to buy a different stand so that I can display my flag without it spinning around in the slightest breeze and also so that it is displayed straight.

Gave it four stars only because the one part that connects I had to glue in place. I do have it located in a windy area ,lake front so you may not have this problem but it is easy to correct anyway.

Did not come with all the pieces....

The flag was great - the dog bed has no comfy cushion in the bottom & the flag stand took forever to get here & there is no ring hook to keep the flag on it?
