I added this to my morning routine. I prefer liquid due to less reflux symptoms, better absorbability, and typically better potency. I've noticed improved mood. I like the larger bottle so that I only need to replace every other month. It's on autoship so I don't have to remember to reorder. If you struggle with general mood issues, it's worth a try for a reasonable price.

I hold the liquid under my tongue for fast absorption. The taste is odd, but I got used to it quickly. I've had problems sleeping for my entire life; this is the most effective treatment I've tried. It doesn't knock me out (which isn't what I want anyways), but it does induce drowsiness and help my brain slow down.

The taste is very pleasant and I noticed a difference in my sleep the 1st night!! Take a dropper full about1 1/2 to 2 hours before bed. You will fall asleep and stay asleep.

I have been using this product for mood, not sleep. I take half the recommended dose on the bottle and find that initially, I feel a bit tired and I feel the urge to yawn a lot. However, this doesn't last too long and then I notice that it helps me feel more calm (less anxious) and more content in general. I like the liquid version as I can take more or less depending on what I want, and I think it kicks in more quickly.

This seemed to work great after taking our M**A pills. No bad feelings at all the following days. Totally recommend

This seems to be a good liquid formula of HTP 5. It seems to absorb quickly. It's effective for inducing sleep or just for chilling out. Interesting dreams also. Good value for the money.

Doesn't work. Tastes like crap.I initially bought it for the ability to control the dosage. Started taking ml after ml to no effect.

Just finished bottle and don’t think it was effective as other brands. No noticeable difference. Tastes ok. Would not purchase again.
