No complaints
Both myself and my wife love this bread knife (unusual since we tend to have different preferences for kitchen knives). It feels very natural to hold (we wear men's small and women's large sized gloves so unsure if this holds true for people with especially large or small hands). The handle is comfortable and doesn't feel slick. It is fairly light weight, not so much that it feels fragile/flimsy, but it doesn't feel like it wants to squish our bread like our old knife does.It cuts well and the offset handle makes cutting bread easier (I would not have thought it would feel so much more natural before trying this one).Despite it feeling like the color coding the company suggests for the handle colors is a scheme to convince people to buy additional knives they may not actually need, I do find it useful that it comes with a good selection of different handle colors so you can pick a color that will be easy to pick out on the knife block should you like (we went with purple and it's does make it easy to pick out this knifes handle at a quick glance). The $20 price tag is acceptable for a serrated blade that will be very difficult to sharpen so it is less painful *if* when it eventually gets too dull, it needs to be replaced. As it is, it is nicely sharp out of the box and between its design and intended use I doubt it will dull too quickly. So far we have no complaints. Would recommend this bread knife.

The undisputed champion of my barbecue kitchen!
During the summer I purchased a pellet grill and immediately started experimenting with new cooking methods and preparation techniques. My wife was getting increasingly irked at my use of her expensive set of knives and frankly I wanted to pick up something that I didn’t have to worry about damaging or ruining in some way while learning.I had a one knife budget and wanted something that could do everything, after some research I realized a chef knife would fit the bill. I looked at several before deciding on this one, basically the cost of this knife plus a sharpener with good reviews was still about half of the next closest competitor. This knife also came in red which I liked as it was easily differentiated from my wives set. This this is the right size and shape and was delivered sharp. This knife seems to be a good weight and the grip is easy to hold even when wet. After sharpening this thing really shines though. It holds an edge exceptionally well and can sharpen to a scary edge. Using a quality sharp knife I have found it easy to trim my briskets and slice my vegetables. The shape of the blade lends its self well to both tasks.I ended up picking up a cake knife to accompany the chef in my arsenal as well as some quality sheathes for both to keep them safe in storage.Overall both knives are well made and a great value for the money. All told the two knives, the sheathes and the cheap sharpener still came in under the total cost of my wife’s chef. I think mine out preforms hers and I actually catch her going to mine if I’m not looking. For the price, go for it. These things are great quality at a fraction of the cost.

Best bread knife I have ever owned
This is hands-down, the best bread knife I have ever owned. Nice length, excellent balance, comfortable handle, reasonably priced. Most importantly, it provides a smooth clean cut through any type of bread with minimal pressure. Super sharp, cleans up easily. After a lifetime of dull bread knives that either squashed the bread or tore ragged clumps out, this is an absolute pleasure to use. Angle food cake? No problem. Bagels? A breeze. Italian, white, wheat, whole grain, brioche? Leaves a smooth, precise cut. After 6 months of daily use, still like new. So good I am buying another to gift to my daughter who has arthritic hands.

I like these knives
For me , I cook at home . These knives ae ,imo , An excellent buy .For the money the knives do what I want .Easy to get shaving sharp (with Whetstones) . I've only used 1 a few times But I am vey happy with it . Nope It's no a pro knife , but I am not a chef ,so I do not need the level of knife .The knife does everything I want and is easy to maintain . Feels vey good in hand .Not to large to make it a job to handle . Cuts (when sharpened like a razor) easy and quick . I would buy again in a minute , If I needed another .Out of the box ,it is sharp but I always get new knives sharper (you could just strop it and be very happy with the edge) . Also, If you are new to sharpening knives .these are an inexpensive way to work on your skills . Good bang for the buck , imo .

Sharp & Comfortable Bread Knife
I have tried quite a few bread knives, all of them highly reviewed, and all of them at least twice as expensive or more than this knife. This is at equal to or better than all of those that I have tried. It doesn't have the pretentious Damascus steel engravings, and it isn't as aesthetically pleasing as the high priced knives. It looks like a utilitarian tool from a working kitchen, not a senior project from a art&design school. The silicon grip and sharp blade are highly functional. It cuts dense, crispy bread with little effort. This proves that a sharp and comfortable knife doesn't have to be expensive or look like a martial arts sword.

Paid less for almost same knife.
Wasn’t any better quality from that of my kitchen knife.

Sharp, pro-quality!
Replaced 2 older knives with this. I never thought that a bread knife was important enough. I’ve got 2 Henckel Zwilling Chef’s knives and they’re great. This bread knife is on a par with those! Great buy!

Muito bem projetada
O projeto é muito bom, cabo com pegada muito confortável e a lâmina "desalinhada" com o cabo gera uma facilidade de corte muito boa para desossar e limpar carnes.
