The tastes and quality is really good. I go to the gym almost every day and this have been a game changer. The effectiveness and also the fact that it dissolves easily is amazing. The size is really good too I recomend buying.

I don't know why the formulas are so different. I usually heavily dilute a scoop in a 34oz cup so it's just a hint of flavor I can sip for a few hours. Green apple has an amazingly smooth, un-tart, crisp taste (that can't seem to be found in any other green apple flavored things) and a smooth consistency. Very fine powder, but there's a bit of sediment at the bottom no matter how much water I add (not an issue). I wanted to try another flavor, so I bought fruit punch. Fruit punch, on the other hand, did not really dissolve. It was gritty and had no flavor. The consistency differences were obvious even in the container, and especially in the pics! It was not a fine powder. It looks and tastes like lightly-fruit-flavored sand. Disappointing. I will try blueberry(?) next. UPDATE: It's blue raspberry. Great flavor, same gritty problem. I couldn't return it because I was super desperate by this point. Floaties are gross. Won't buy it again. None of these canisters were expired or stored improperly after delivery, btw.
