Started using this on the recommendation of a person who works at a supplement shop, and I've got to say it works. When I've gone off of it, my workouts are noticeably worse. I go back to it, I'm back to having good workouts again. Taste is pretty good. About as well as you are going to do with any flavored drink powder. Take your own experience with any powdered drink and apply it to this.

I've been using this for years and have recommended it to many people. Being in the fitness industry, when you find a product that works, the word gets around quick. This is the best creatine formulation I have ever used.

It does all the things monohydrate does without the bloat. Mix it with a pre workout that has some Citrulline and pumps are painfully good. Stay hydrated always!
