Does not “Perfume” room and when it near the end, it smelled fishy. Very strange. Tried to contact seller for a refund. Originally Amazon rep said I could discard product and get a refund. Apparently, that was incorrect info. Now I don’t have product and no refund. Very disappointed

Big fan of Lampe Berger products. They work! However, I'm taking off a star b/c the diffuser I received was not as pictured: It was a plain square vs a bottle w/curve shape at top and designs at each side. It was supposed to be return-able, but when I tried, it said couldn't return and shifted me to Amazon Customer Service. The 'chat' was quick, and efficient wi/positive outcome. Thank you Amazon.

Love! Yummy scent and fills the whole space!

I bought this with high hopes but the product delivered without a funnel so I made a mess trying to get the solution into the glass and once I did, it didn’t smell as good as I had hoped and in fact didn’t have much of a smell at all
