This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands.

I am starting to workout at home. PT recommended that i buy some resistance bands to help as a starting base to working out and losing weight. I chose these bands because they were affordable and come in different colors for the different resistance weights. This gives great versatility when working out.. The thicker bands give a stronger resistance, and the smaller bands giver less. Just slip the one end to a door frame and you can easily attach the bands and workout from any door.

Colors arrive a bit dirty/dingy looking as others described. They also were a bit stuck together and had to be unpeeled from how they'd been coiled up. However, they are not cracked/dry rotted/broken and stretch perfectly. The door hook is a really nice feature as well for doing exercises that the band needs to be secured to something else. I havent used them for pull ups yet so I can't speak to that aspect. Theyre very lightweight and easy to travel with as needed. Really the only downside is that they arent as "pretty" as advertised.

Almost three years of light-moderate use and I am down two bands. At first I was disappointed but then I see that they cost under $30 so I will say that I received my money's worth. Unfortunately one band broke while doing assisted pull ups so that was not fun. The other one broke on my wife and she won't speak about what happened. I wish it broke on my ex-wife so she would never speak again either but anyway... The plan was to replace this set with a 'name brand' but I think that I will just reorder this set since the other one that I was looking at was $75 for three bands.

Quality seems nice. I’ve used these for a few months and they are holding up fine.

These resistance bands have been great for adding adjustable resistance to workouts. I like that there is a wide range of tension available, which makes them useful for different movements and different strength levels. That adjustability is what stands out most to me, because it makes the set more versatile than having only one or two bands. I have not had any complaints so far and they have done what I need them to do. If you want a band set with flexibility for different exercises, this has been a good one.

Snapped during basic workout, DO NOT BUT. Was doing some basic exercises like instructions show. Setup correct, inspected bands beforehand, and made sure form was good. The lower weight ones worked well. I was hopeful and excited to continue with my exercises. Then it happened. The Red 50-125lb snapped and hit me in the face. I’m lucky I flinched and it just caught my cheek, not my eye. Not only could it have injured my eye, but I could have pulled/tweaked a muscle while exercising due to the sudden loss of resistance and jerky movement. I do not recommend these. Dangerous and can cause serious injury!!!!!
