Cotton to The Core Worsted Cotton Yarn, 3-Pack (654Yds/300G), Lava Gray

I purchased some of this yarn (Pearl White) months ago and it worked its way to the back of my yarn pile because I really didn't buy enough to do much with. I pulled it out last night and started working up a cardigan (Ribbed Band pictured) and just purchased 3 more packs of 6). This yarn is great to crochet with. Smooth consistent pull, excellent frogging, no mysterious joins, and GREAT stitch definition. The thickness of the yarn is consistent throughout the skien and the color also remains consistent throughout. GREAT for projects for yourself, customers, or gifts. It is a little costly so I wouldn't recommend using this for extremely large projects. However, for what I call "wearables", perfect choice!!

I really like this yarn. It’s soft and very slightly fuzzy. I am crocheting (double crochet) a summer shawl, so it’s a nice weight for some warmth but not too heavy. I didn’t expect the slight fuzziness, but I like it. The only downside is that you have to be careful when ripping out stitches (frogging) as it can knot up. However, I am using a double crochet stitch with a larger hook (8mm), so if I just go slowly, I have no trouble frogging with this yarn. I am thinking of buying this again in a different color for other projects. I would think it would make cozy scarves and hats.

I adore this yarn. The color is just as gorgeous in person, and it's very soft and comfortable to wear. I did not have issues with snagging like some of the other reviewers mentioned. I do agree that it's closer to a #3 weight than a #4. Absolutely test your gauge before starting a project with this yarn. For example, the pattern for this sweater called for a #2 yarn and this yarn worked perfectly just by sizing down the hook a couple times. Very excited to purchase more colors.

Great color but it does split and pill which is why the one star was taken off. I used it to put on contigo water bottles and have a loop to hold it by and I’m pleased with the results I’m just hoping the pilling won’t be too bad after using it consistently. I used a 2.5mm crochet hook bc I wanted it tight and the stitches small.

A lot of inconsistency in the weight and found mid-skein that it had been cut and knotted together rather than a continuous length. Colors are pretty.

My friend is the best when it comes to crocheting however I bought these two all three gave her one of the white one I guess and it’s beautiful, but that’s for a baby. There’s no way I’m gonna carry around a white one and not get it filthy and ugly. The other two were made into some beautiful hobo chic handbags, and I have not gotten any compliments it didn’t deserve now I’m picking the rest of my yarn so that she can create more creations for me and I could turn around and tell them for triple the amount because of that gorgeous! The texture is very soft. The young quality is good. She even liked it now she uses it and it’s very soft baby blanket, which she did and it’s gorgeous very intelligent girl. This whole brand has a whole line of yarn and different types of yarn as far as the Other stuff. Red beans in the real estate market has its perks and we can see that lots of people are coming in from other places and they are loving our craftsmanship all American. keep buying American. Keep America safe and she will treat you good and you will be prosperous.

I purchased to make chemo caps for a friend' husband and for them to have extra for the people they meet on their cancer journey. Very soft and not irritating.

Elle un peut raide en tricotant. Par contre après avoir terminé ma veste et suite au lavage de celle-ci elle est devenus douces et plus jolie. J’ai acheter 4 autres couleurs et c’est très satisfaisant 🧶🧶👍👍👍
