Súper rápido y eficaz, en una hora estaba en cetosis, al máximo, hice la prueba con las tiras reactivas en orina y me salió al máximo, es fácil de tomar, y si sigues las indicaciones no te dolerá nada. Primera semana 5ml, segunda semana 10 ml, tercera semana 15ml, y la adaptación habrá terminado. Yo estoy en el segundo día de la primera semana y ya estoy en cetosis máxima. Por otro lado no cuesta tomarlo, es insípido, inodoro e incoloro, cómo el agua, sólo que su densidad es de aceite, lo tomo con un café sólo, con estevia, porque advierte que pierde propiedades y eficacia si se toma con hidratos de carbono o azúcares, lo tomo una hora antes de comer y te quita el hambre, así comes menos. Puedes tomarlo dos o tres veces al día, pero sin mezclar con nada, y fuera de las comidas, viene muy bien envuelto y presentado en una caja de cartón duro, lo malo es que esta todo en inglés, las instrucciones también, hay que buscarse la vida y traducirlo, pero aquí tenéis un resumen en mi reseña.

This is the best C8 MCT oil I could find. I did a bunch of research and found that this is the best oil out of Europe, and it just became available in the USA (that’s why it doesn’t have that many reviews yet). But if you go amazon UK, it has nearly 2000 reviews with most of them 5 stars. Also if you go their website they have a ton of research-based content on their website, which shows they know what they are talking about. What really sold me though is their COAs (certificate of Analysis) for their C8 Oil. I can’t find ANY OTHER company that will disclose this info… Which makes me think either they don’t test their oil for purity or they are hiding something. Especially when some of them claim 100% purity, which is impossible btw. Keto Source’s C8 Oil is 99.8%, which is the best verified purity I was able to find. I use it in smoothies, my coffee, salad dressing or I’ll just eat some plain when I need to boost my fat intake for the day. It has a very clean, mild and smooth taste -- Almost like nothing at all. So it won’t mess up any of your recipes or the taste of any food you add it to. Just watch out, it has a low smoke point. So you probably don’t want to cook with it, unless it is very low heat. I just add it afterwards for these dishes. Even my dog loves it. Which is great since she lost one of her legs, we’ve been using a keto diet to reduce her inflammation. When I use this oil in my morning bulletproof coffee, I feel extra focused and mentally clear… Which I don’t get with regular MCT or any of the other C8 oils I’ve tried. I'll also see a spike in my blood ketones (from Keto Mojo meter) after using it. It is the real deal.
