Looks same as the picture
I love this rack. It solves my limited space and creates a organized shoe area for everyone in the whole family. Shoe sizes range from smallest 13 kids to adult 9.5.We were going to build shelves into the closet room but since we move quite a bit,, this option is less permanent (no damage to the house) and yet allows good option for organization plus i can easily break down and take it with me to the next house. I didn't need the cover since my shelf is housed inside my cloak closet. It is not solid like a piece of wooden shelf but it is sturdy enough to hold all the shoes or when you had to giggle to get a pair out, the structure will not fall.It took very fast to put together - maybe less than 2hrs? Kids had a lot of fun helping - so it really can't be that difficult if my little ones can figure it out?I gave 4 stars only because like many mentioned here, a few of the plastic connectors gave way even though i was extra careful on every single piece on the pressure applied (so you want to be careful NOT to overextend).Every shelf or "level" you build, you need 4 connectors. for each shelf to be leveled, you need to make sure each connector is pushed through hard. otherwise, it creates an uneven level on the 1 of the 4 sides which i think could be the cause of tipping/ shelf does not stand straight as complained by other users. my broken plastic connector would have hold up the shelf if shoe rack not moved, but i know i'd be dismantling and reassembling this rack in my next house which then, the broken plastic connector may give way so i contacted the seller and they were super efficient- shipped replacement connector to me very quickly..For its excellent customer service, i added another star .....Shipping was also super fast. I have Prime. For me, i feel anyone making a review of this item should take into consideration this is not meant to take abuse, is made in china and for the cost.Overall, I feel it is good value and I recommend this! In fact, thinking of buying another one...

Excellent shoe organizer especially for the price
I love this and it’s the perfect size for my closet which isn’t very big. I also love that I can zip it closed to keep the shoes covered because I have two long haired cats and our house accumulates dust and cat hair on everything, so shoes I don’t wear often are usually dusty and gross when I first pull them out.The only complaint I have is minor, which is that the fabric for the shelves doesn’t stretch from end to end, so if I have high heels on the end the heel wants to fall off. Not a big deal for me because I don’t own a ton of high heels, and on the other shelves I just made sure my larger shoes were at the end, the ones that wouldn’t fall through, but it just seems like it may not hold quite as many pairs as it describes if someone has a lot of narrow heeled shoes or something, because you’d have to have them set closer to the middle.Other than that, I love it, and it was super easy to put together. My 4 year old helped me do it! I have a whole extra shelf’s worth of parts and I don’t see how the cover would fit all the way on it if I’d built up that high, but I don’t know. I’m short so I left that shelf off!

Nice solution for eliminating by the door shoe clutter
Though it was a bit of a pain to assemble, this shoe rack is an attractive solution for shoe storage problems, because we take shoes off at the door. I keep it behind the front door and it is far less obtrusive than I expected after seeing it in person. It fits perfectly in the space between the wall and the door and holds boots, shoes and slippers quite neatly. I have several pairs of boots of different heights and styles, plus lots of athletic shoes and slippers. I removed the second to the bottom support layer (the "shelves" are made of material that span the tiers like a hammock. I simply unhooked one side from the support tube and left it to hang behind the shoes) and my tall boots fit perfectly.

Great value for the price
I was looking for something to get my collection of shoes, sneakers, and slippers off of the floor. While it is not a centerpiece of furniture style, it fit the bill perfectly. It was a little bit tedious to assemble, but very easy to do so. I have about 15 pairs of shoes in it, and there is still room to spare. It's footprint is small, so it is easy to put almost anywhere.

Shoe's Home
This is perfect for my needs. The package came with a few extra parts, so if any shelves get damaged in the future, I have a replacement. It fits in my closet perfectly and seems quite sturdy. I keep the shoes I wear most often on the top shelves and my daily use near the bottom. I keep the flap zipped over the seldom used shoes and fold it in on a mid-shelf, leaving my daily shoes exposed. A good value for the money.

Perfect storage solution for any closet!
I live in a small city apartment with limited storage space, and needed a shoe rack that was narrow enough to fit in my closet but tall enough to be worthwhile storage-wise. Many of the options on Amazon were too wide, but this one is perfect! And, the dust cover sold me. The shoes I don’t wear as often tended to gather dust very easily and this is a great solution (and the cover looks nicer than bare metal and plastic). Can’t beat the price, either- definitely a bargain for the quality. I got the beige option because it is neutral and the closet I have it in is dark, so the light color makes it easier to see the contents. It probably took me about an hour to assemble by myself, not because of any difficulty but just because there are a lot of individual pieces to put together. You really have to shove the connectors on hard to get all the pieces to fit snugly/properly, and the plastic connectors often looked like they might split, but I didn’t have any actually give out. It’s nice that the company provides extra of all the pieces just in case!

10-Tier Shoe Rack
Mine only had 8 tiers so I was disappointed with that. but other than its slim and easy to assemble which is a good thing because it didn't come with instructions.
