This is an awesome ebike
This bike is awesome! There is a little rattle from the rear mud gaurd but once you adjust it the rattle goes build quality is outstanding one of the best ebikes I've so far this being my third ive had an hitway fat tyre which was good but lost power after about 6 months but I can't see that happening with this as it as the dual motors the only thing that could be more helpful is a guild for the settings great value for the money paid an easy build battery life last for at least a week doing 6 miles a day and very comfortable don't feel a bump on roads

WELL BUILT BIKE !
I Recently purchased the shengmilo electric bike from amazon.This bike drives effortless. it produces power and the brakes are responsive when needed.It has a gel seat which is very comfortable.I love the suspension especially when traveling through rough terrain.I would highly recommend this bike as it is exceptionally built to the highest quality

Detailed explanation of gears & gear changes & everything about that part of the bike.
No instruction manual sent with this product. 3 minute video not adequate. Need a manual to progress.

Great customer service
Bike is fantastic to ride, but arrived with a fault so after some messages back and forth to Shengmilo, they determined it had a faulty battery which they dispatched straight away, took 4 weeks for battery to arrive but that was down to customs and UPS, fitted battery and wow, what a bike, for the price it is excellent value, I’ve managed 42mph on it pedalling like mad, it is a big bike, probably too big for me I’m 5ft4, so if you’re looking for a cheap, fun e bike with good performance and customer support you can’t go wrong with the MX03
