The shower arm in our shower is too high to be able to reach a handheld shower head. I’m about 5’ 9” and couldn’t reach it. My wife is shorter and definitely couldn’t reach it. To be honest, I’m surprised this product isn’t widely available because it’s a no-brainer if you want to be able to install a handheld shower head. Great product, and all you need is a wrench and some Teflon tape, and it installs in 5 minutes

I wanted an extension to lower my shower head in our new home so that my spouse could easily reach the diverter valve with shower wand I installed. It works perfectly, just the right length; it has a classy satin finish and the quality is superb!Great product, a bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

It was such an ordeal to reach the high showerhead in order to control the different settings, that after a while I didn’t even bother changing the settings anymore... and then I find found this item on Amazon. Added enough length to the shower arm so that now I can easy reach the handle (I am 5’). Easy to install. I did it myself. The nickel extension matched the existing shower and the fancy head from Danze. Just love it. Totally recommend.

Ever since we moved into our custom home in summer of 2013, I've hated how high our tall contractor installed the shower heads. My husband is tall, and shower was even a little higher than he liked. I'm short, and couldn't reach the shower head to adjust the settings on our new variable setting shower head. This works perfectly with our brushed stainless shower fixtures, and NOW I can finally change the settings and truly enjoy our fancy shower head!

Well made, solid, and good looking match to existing plumbing. Lowers the shower head just enough to easily reach the attached diverter which I could not operate easily at the height it was at.

I recently remodeled my bathroom and did a beautiful tile tub and shower enclosure. One problem though, I installed the shower at what is considered standard height. My wife had a fit to say the least and demanded it be corrected post haste. She was envisioning demolition. I was able to delay and ignore action on her demands until this extension arrived. It put the head at the right height. It matched the shower set perfectly. She did a happy dance and I once again can live a peaceful life. Some solutions are just this simple.

Its a great extension in helping to lower the shower head, making it easier to reach.
