Bigger than it looks
Bought for mom until she can get proper hearing aids. Works beautifully to help her hear conversation so she feels more confident HOWEVER it sticks out of one's ear so far that many friends & strangers have stopped her to say "your hearing aid is falling out" so yes, sticks out of one's ear A LOT farther than pictured but it does the job while shes waiting for her hearing aids & makes her more comfortable & confident so its worth the $30

Fits well in my ear
The earpiece fits well in my ear and after I got it adjusted the sound is just right. I use it for my tinnitus when I watch tv. It allows me to turn down the volume on the tv so it's not so loud for others.

Everything is there, just the product doesn't fit into the ear as hoped for...but good condition. He complains about all the sounds we all hear normally...tough hearing normal...
