Super fast same day order/delivery. When Amazon get's it right, it is excellent. The box contained a two part screw driver for removing the old maintenance box and a sealed plastic bag for the removed box. I was not expecting this. The replacement box fit right in without any fuss. I was able to continue the power head cleaning and inks are working again. Great product. I will buy again next time.

Replacing the maintenance box in our Epson ET3750, was pretty much a "plug-and-play." In our case, we didn't get the warning that we needed to replace the box soon enough. When I removed the original box from the printer, I noticed that black ink had overflowed out of the box and onto the bottom of the printer and top of the cabinet on which we had placed the printer. I l used several paper towels, water, soap, and denatured alcohol to clean the printer, the cabinet, and my hands. The entire replacement task would have taken only a couple of minutes, if the ink had not overflowed the original maintenance box. Thankfully, the kit came with a sealable plastic bag to hold the original maintenance box. That bag helped me keep from spreading the ink to other objects. The process i used... Unfold and open the plastic bag that will hold the old maintenance box. Shut down the printer using the recommended process. Unplug the printer from all connections and turn the printer around so you are facing its back. On the left corner (as you face the back of the printer), find the screw that secures the old maintenance box. Use the flat end of the screwdriver that comes in the kit to loosen that screw until you can pop out the maintenance box cover. Perhaps using gloves, slide the old box out of the printer and put it into the plastic bag that is included in the kit. Seal the bag. Clean the surrounding plastic as needed. Unpackage the new maintenance box and slide it into the printer making sure (a) not to touch the green printed circuit card, and (b) the box is secure. Replace the cover and tighten the screw that secures the cover. Reinsert the wires. Return the printer to its original position and turn it on. Run a maintenance test to make sure the ink jets are clean and aligned.

The hardest part about changing this out for me was to disconnect the printer and move it to a place where I could access the panel for the maintenance box. The rest was uber easy! Fits and works perfectly now, no more warnings. Everything you need to complete the task is provided, including a screwdriver and a sealable plastic bag for your old maintenance box. Two thumbs up to Poschink for the quality and consideration given to this kit!

As easy to install as they said it would be. Just be sure you are holding it correctly! I had it sideways and it just wouldn’t go in. I’m usually pretty good at this kind of thing, but I don’t know why I held it sideways. Once I held it right, slid right in. A working printer is a beautiful thing! Really appreciate the quick delivery!

My Epson printer was having a hard time printing. I did test page after test page and tried to do a deep clean but it said there wasn't enough room. I had no idea what my printer was talking about so I googled it. A maintenance box... This one did the trick and got my printer back up and running. I have an Epson 15000 Echo tank.
