So Bought this keyboard a while back, not only for the reduced size and cosmestic, but also in practical terms - as i can connect via wired, bluetooth, or 2.4ghz dongle to multiple devices. perfect for me as i work on a few pcs (due to work and home), so one keyboard for all4 devices at the time was honestly a godsend. However, Unfrotunately after a couple of months , the keyboard had an issue ( i think i may have knocked it , so not a reflection of the keyboard, more on my clumsinesss :)) where it wouldonly connect via wired connection , and the other methods stopped working (switch at the back i thinkn went basically). I contacted there customer services, sent a video of the issues and tried a couple of things. they could not of been more helpful, friendly, and understanding. I have not been given a replacement and has been absolutely fine since. I gotta say I think i may be sticking with red dragon based on my experience (i think their name was carrie, - if you see this , thank you!)

Most importantly its hot swappable, which i immediately used to put haptic switches in. The linear ones are perfectly fine, i just personally like the haptic feedback more for gaming (i like resting my finger tips on the keys before activating them)

I have bought this keyboard recently and it very sleek and nice feeling but they keycaps seem to be a little rushed and not so nice but that is understandable for a lower end keyboard over all i am happy with the keyborard and it is very responsive as i am typing with it now. :D

Comfortable layout and keys are nice are quiet for a mechanical type. Recommended.

Keyboard works and sounds better than expected for the price and got surprised by an RGB mode that turns it into a music virtualiser. I only have one problem with it. Buying custom keycaps that match the small "+" key and default macro layout is impossible. Redragon, please sell keycaps separately and add more options like pudding keycaps, country layouts and various profiles.

Looks nice, software isn't great as it's fairly limited. Battery life isn't great when unplugged, generally leave it wired permanently as it starts to not respond the lower the battery which seems to only last 3 or 4 hours. Even when wired the RGB turns off after a few minutes if not active, which can be annoying.

I initially had high hopes for the Redragon K628 PRO. The keyboard worked great for the first four months, delivering a satisfying typing experience. However, things started to go downhill quickly after that. Keys began to die out one by one, making it increasingly frustrating to use. I even tried replacing the switches with the extras provided, but this temporary fix didn't last, and more keys continued to fail. While I wasn't expecting top-tier durability from this keyboard, I certainly expected it to last longer than just six months. The fact that it started falling apart so soon is unacceptable. Adding to the frustration is the company's abysmal customer support. They only offer a meager 3-month return window, which means by the time issues start appearing, you're on your own. To make matters worse, there are no clear contact details provided for the company, and attempts to reach out through their website have been futile. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never purchase from Redragon again. If you're considering buying the K628 PRO, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's not worth the headache and lack of support when things inevitably go wrong.

Com este estoy jugando a Eldenring y funciona de maravilla, tamaño pequeño y muy resistente. El teclado por desgracia esta en formato inglés.

They keyboard seems okay built and doesn't look bad. I was happy with it until the problems started appearing. A littler over a year after the purchase the USB dongle started to act up because now it randomly disconnects from your computer and it doesn't work anymore even after changing usb ports or restarting the PC. Currently it only works in wired mode. These problems actually appeared last year around October but then it worked again, and now it doesn't work. Very unreliable and problematic. I tried removing the drivers, updating motherboard, everything that I could think of. Given that it's supposed to be a wireless keyboard with a 60 euro + price tag that barely lasts a year I cannot recommend this. EDIT: After some back and forth with the support team, they sent a replacement and it's working good. Let's see if it has the same issues in 1 year. Changed to 4 stars because the keyboard itself isn't bad, quite ok for the price, and the customer support was reactive.

This has to be one the best keyboards in terms how nice its feel to type with it , if only it had the F1 - F12 buttons separately , I failed to notice that before purchasing but I don't regret it.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this keyboard. I've had some issues with the firm ware of the first keyboard, and the CS were quick to assist. Eventually the keyboard failed again and this time round the CS offered a full refund if I purchase another of the same keyboard. I can't say the first keyboard lasted a long time, but it was great while it worked. I use it for productivity and not for gaming, and I find myself typing a lot faster on mechanical keyboard. The CS is great cos I can't say there would be many other brands who would fully refund you. Overall, I had a great experience with this brand although I hope the keyboard could have lasted longer.
