Great Value & Delicious
Very fresh and tasty Wedding Cookies, but not too sweet. Simple ingredients, no preservatives or trans fats. The 2 pack (2 1lb bags) is a great value. I highly recommend purchasing from the LA MONARCA BAKERY who is indeed making life sweeter for many.

Really Tasty
They're about all you want in traditional, nutty Mexican wedding cookie. These arrived fresh, crispy, and well-covered with powdered sugar -- which I was concerned would have half fallen off in shipping! I don't know that I could pull out the cinnamon or anise tastes, nor tell you what, if any, nut they used. So if you're a connoisseur of these particular cookies, and insist on distinguishing those specific flavors, you'd have to try them and tell ME. But I definitely ate too many every time I opened the box.

FRESH, delicious, will purchase over & over again. While unopened stays fresh for over many many weeks!. Even While opened, but properly closed, after use, remains fresh for a long time! Weeks. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!

Cookie Crumbs
All but 3-4 cookies were broken.. Ended up with cookie crumbs. Very disappointed because the 3 cookie tasted good.

Yummy cookies.
Brought these (3 bags) to a family party with a Mexican theme and they were a definite hit. I know they are a bit expensive, but worth it, since everyone loved them. They arrived intact, with maybe only a couple broken in shipment. I ate those myself before putting them out on the display tray —ha ha, I had to make sure they were good, and they definitely were.

Changed
Changed! These used to be delicious-covered with powdered sugar. Last batch was burnt tasting - darker inside than usual & not as much powdered sugar. Scared to purchase again.

Was looking for a Sudanese Kaak alternative
These were lovely, moreish. However kind of pricey for the amount. Still enjoyed it cause it reminded me of my childhood in Sudan. Thank you ☺️
