Is it good for US standard?

What does it mean not for usa-european cord??? can i use it in a normal kitchen in seattle?

I don't think so. This machine is 220 Volts and USA Standard is 110V. You'll find options in 110/120 volts.

No creama , i tried diferent variety of coffee , and diferent setting of tempreture and stenght but still i am not getting the coffee cream on top

I bought the 220 Volts international version as a present for my SIL, and it was used and assembled with different pieces from 110 volts . I bought it as new, and it was rusty and had missing parts. We had to sent it back.
