The quality was excellent
We recently changed from traditional stair carpet to a runner and having read the other reviews of the stair rods we have to say in our opinion that these are extremely good quality for the price we paid. My husband is an electrician by trade and a difficult man to please so when I produced these stair rods (after the initial moans and groans! lol) he was pleasantly surprised by how easy these were to fit and the quality of the metal. He tried to cut the first one with a hacksaw which was in his words “an absolute nightmare” so by far the easiest way to cut them to the desired length was by using an angle grinder. After cutting and fitting the first one the rest were fitted in approx 40 minutes. There were no issues with the screws (and they provide plenty of them) we didn’t have the issues that others had had so perhaps this is a fixed issue? From our point of view the quality and overall cost including delivery was superb.

Much cheaper than others we've seen on the market, But still great quality
Really happy with these! Purchased them for a DIY stair runner project and found these to be a much cheaper option than its competitors!They were easy to install and look the part once in, I cant comment on their effectiveness at holding the carpet down as we also stapled and glued the carpet in place, These are just decorative for us. They are very sturdy!

Stylish and easy to fit
We didn't think we'd get much for the money but as you can see from the photo they're great. The stair runner is secured with grippers and carpet tacks as the rods are more for the visual effect. Hubby said it was so easy to do. Saved over £100 buying this set compared to buying from the runner company. I recommend them

Great product
Rods and rod fixings are great... uniform colour and well made. Very easy to fit and look stylish once fitted. Rods can be cut down but I liked them the original length.The screws provided are terrible quality however and a number were even unusable, as pictured!!
