My dog is a Standard Poodle who weighs between 75-80 pounds. I got him a size 8 and they fit perfectly. It took him about 10 minutes or so to get used to them but afterwards he didn’t have any problems. At first the back shoe kept twisting but I figured out that you have to make sure the straps are tight enough but not too tight. Make sure to also get the shoes over the dew claw or they’ll rub against it and cause them to become sore and raw. Poodles have so much hair that stickers attach easily and then mat up in between the bottom of the paws. These have saved my dogs paws since he would bite and chew attempting to remove the stickers causing sores and redness. I know longer have to spend time trying to pull them out after every walk.As for the sturdiness, my dog has worn them for about 6 weeks and walks an average of 5 days a week, hello she said she loves you, so what’s up yeah I was typing a review on Amazon for the little shoes I put on my dog for their walk Rocky has to because he’s got so much hair then when we go around the wash he gets those little stickers that they were getting up in the cracks of the pause, and then I had to go up in there and pull them out because he would chew on them and make sores in his paws so they work well so what are you up to? Yeah the little bit like if I go to try to do the water in the back or anything as yeah that same thing I get drenched quick, so I can’t imagine if I have the humidity like you yeah that is that sucks so I feel for you because I don’t I look at him like our our exterminator that comes and sprays our house and he’s you know got gloves on long sleeves and has to wear a mask and he’s spraying everywhere and he’s out and that you know he do that all day I die or manual labor the gardeners are out there. Oh I did it one day where I wanted to get done and I cut stuff and I was trying to kind of get shaded by my bushes but I stayed out there too long and I got that severe cramps at night and stuff because I guess I just heat exhaustion and probably dehydrated so it’s like nope we can’t do that anymore. I guess I’m getting old not that I was ever good when I was young. Who’s hiding yet? No cap yeah I say cats do a bit. Yeah the dogs I mean they don’t. There’s nothing they can do but you think he go on the floor not the bed or watch her bladder because she could have a bladder infection to better watch her. You don’t need a big old vet bill and that’s possible I meant to I thought I did so you want me to let you go since you’re home OK already love you bye 2 1/2 miles at a time. The back shoe has already cracked but I walk my dog around a wash and on gravel which is hard on any shoes. And it doesn’t help when you have a very excitable and hyper dog. I bought a 2nd pair and will just replace one as needed.I would definitely recommend these for anyone that wants to protect their dog’s paws from heat, cold, and rough terrain.

These are actually working out well. I got these for our Doberman, who has dug up our yard, so when it rains he comes back in very muddy. So I have been putting thse boots on him and it is much easier to clean these then struggle with him,trying to clean his paws. Sometimes I just use the front ones, other times I use all 4. He is more used to the front ones, so he doesn't " high step" anymore in front. But when he wears the back ones, it is hilarious to watch him high step only with his back legs. But anyway, I am glad I got these. They fit him well and saves me so much fighting with him! I am happy with this purchase.

Good booties. Well made. The size 7 booties were too big for my Golden, so I returned them. I purchased a size 6 from a seller that offered similar booties with reflective strips.Be patient when training your dogs to walk in the booties. I suggest you start off with only two paws (front or back) if your dog’s having trouble acclimatizing to the loss of feelings on the covered paws. A few minutes and several treats and I had both of my dogs trained.They worked great in the snow and in rain; not great on ice. The soles don’t have any grip for the ice so I avoid walking my dog on the ice.

My 13 yr old german sheperd has DM, one of her hind legs is starting to really drag and her paw was getting raw. These boots have helped her maintain her claws and paws. For now she wears one at a time. I have another pair that slip on but they keep coming off in the grass as she drags her hind leg. These booties stay on all the time in the rain and slush. I like the traction on bottom and it aids in supporting her paws. I like that you can tighten the velcro and it has another velcro strap for support. Breathable fabric and quick to dry.

I measured my Mulchi (maltese/chihuahua) properly & ordered these shoes specifically for the upcoming storm we were about to have. When i received the shoes I was highly impressed with the make of the shoes however the measurements were definitely off. So I needed to return them. So with that being said I returned them & they sent the same size. I just returned them all together. I didn't get any pictures, I wish I would of got some pictures & video of my dog tripping over his paws while trying to walk in the house. I felt so bad.

These are truly a life saver for our family! Our yard gets so muddy and love to put these on our dog once its rained to avoid messy paws. They are great quality for the price. True to size and keep the water out! We've used them constantly lately and they are durable.

The media could not be loaded. Meet Bruce. We picked up this giant fur friend from the shelter to foster until he finds a home. He came to us with bad paw allergies. Long story short - he's got a cone of shame and we were told he needs to keep shoes on (to help prevent outside allergies and to keep from licking while inside) all the time. These little shoes are so cute! They fit well on his giant paws with velcro to tighten/loosen them. He hates having his paws touched right now and had to be sedated to have them looked at. These were very easy to slide on though without difficuly. 3 had fallen off after the first night, but he's getting used to them now. He leaves the front ones on with no problem and looks like a baby Clydesdale galloping thru the yard and house. The bottom is like a normal shoe, so we haven't had issues even when it's been muddy & rainy outside. They work perfectly for what we need and are well made. They do make a clunky sound which just makes them even cuter. 😊

Undersoles are durable. The dog tolerates them being on. They have good traction. Keep in mind that dogs sweat thru their paws so don't keep these on in the heat.The straps started coming apart about four or five months after I bought these. Still usable but a little annoying.
