Can i use the intensive spray with procapil hair tonic at the same time?

No…..use 1 of a morning and then the other one at night. This is what Bondi has said to do.

does this also work as a heat protectant when blow drying or using a flat iron? Or should we still use a heat protectant product?

I use a separate heat protectant. Not sure if this provides a heat protectant.
