Wanted to let people know I believe it's going to work great!I have neck issues & looking down at the phone or books laying flat gets painful.I purchased the 13 x 9 & love the size.Started with just the phone on the rest & worked fine.I've been reading big heavy books & those sat on it well.The page holders work, just a bit annoying that their in the way a bit but no big deal. The height adjustment is ok. Worse thing I can think of is the mechanism for height is floppy when you just pick it up. Want to figure something out for that. Maybe velcro or something....I do think a bit of velcro will solve that after looking at it. Just a thought tho. It all folds flat, the front bar that holds the book folds up too.Only issue for me is I usually have plants & leaves in my books & being upright they fall to the bottom. I may look for sleeves/pockets to slide them into so they stay put better & are better protected.Mine did arrive with a bow in it & also has a crack/split in board.I think if I don't slam it around or drop it it should be fine. Seems sturdy enough & i like the size.Really don't want to do the hassle of a return but will if it breaks apart before the 30 day return window.Update;Ordered the smaller size & like it as well....with the exception of its outer edges. They weren't finished/sanded off so edges feel a bit sharp. Believe I could get a papercut like wound easily enough if not careful.I can sand the edges but I shouldn't have to. I paid for a finished product & this wasn't finished properly. That being said I still like the size for small work at the kitchen table. Sturdy but still issue with stand flopping around when moving. Minor issue tho.This one wasn't warped tho.

Perfect for law school readingI bought this book stand to help with my law school readings and I love it. The bamboo looks elegant and it’s surprisingly sturdy. It holds heavy textbooks without slipping, and the adjustable angles make it really comfortable for long study sessions. No more neck pain! Highly recommended for students who read a lot.

Sturdy and big enough to hold good size cookbooks ❤️ I don't have much counter space, so propping my cookbook up gives me a little more room and makes it easier to read. I got the 13" x 9" and it is perfect for my bigger, thicker cookbooks. There seems to be a small split in the center, but it is very thin and I don't think it's going to compromise the stand unless it is dropped from up high.

This little bamboo book stand is perfect for small spaces, especially apartments—it doesn’t take up much room and can easily be stored on a bookshelf when not in use.I tested it with both an iPad and a large hardcover book (about 250 pages), and it held up beautifully. While I imagine it might struggle with books twice that size, I'm mainly using it in the kitchen, and I don’t expect my recipe books to get any bigger.I’m really looking forward to using it more—it adds a nice touch to my living space and I’m sure it’ll bring me a lot of joy! 😊

Four stars because it’s very easy to tip over if you push on it incorrectly, which matters if you’re using a large screened tablet. But it’s not bad looking, affordable, easy to clean — and the build is sturdy. Worth trying!

It’s very heavy duty and practical, it looks nice on my desk and it’s the perfect size. I use it for painting and it holds the canvas very well.

I love it, could it be improved maybe but I love all adore this thingy
