Thank you for replacing it. First, the one I ordered was most likely damaged from shipping, other than that. It is great. I went to their main website and ordered the panel inserts for the pet screen. Because it shows they're out on Amazon. Until then, we will use plastic to insult the screen door. What I like most about this is that I can remove it if I need to bring something big into the house. Other ones I have used would have to go through so much to get it out and put it back up. Thank you for making one like this. They do have these CHEAPER on the Hakuna website. Larger with panels for $119.00

The product arrives broken in two different places, and the mechanism to maintain the door open does not work, it's a very disappointing experience. I felt like if they send me a returned damage product from another costumer. Please DONT trying it, it's a waste of money, today I dropped to the trash.

I want to mention that this item is great! The pet door screen was easy to install and with little training, my Chihuahua/Terriers were able to come and go as they pleased.Having said that, I rated the item 3-stars. When I received the item it was clear that it was a previously returned item - the previous customer didn’t even take the time to include the packaging materials nor did they seal the box correctly. There were fingerprints/smudges all over the frame and the pet door was covered in smudge marks where the previous customer’s dogs attempted to open the pet door.This item did not work out for the previous customer or their dog(s). Understandable. Opening a door with one’s nose or head can be problematic. Item didn’t work; therefore, item is returned.But seriously, be honest when stating the reason why you’re returning an item. Don’t keep an item for 7+ days and return it claiming you never opened or used the item when it’s evident that you did.To that end, Amazon employees on the receiving end should have noticed that a 3rd grader repackaged and shipped the return. They should have opened the box and verified that the item was in new/mint condition. They didn’t.In closing, this is a great item; however, if you receive a used item, reach out to Amazon Customer Support and request a discount (if the issue is cosmetic), or ask for a replacement. I opted for a replacement.

Great product. My small dogs fit perfect through the doggy door

Great idea but flap to heavy for small dogs and it’s not clear so very hard to get the pups to use. If they see the other side it makes more sense . Plus metal bat on bottom of door is exposed and the smaller dogs paws hit it n hurts so they are scared to go through it

The door works fine for use. When we use a charley-bar to "lock" the sliding door my biggest dog, (125 lbs) comes and goes with ease. This door does not have a locking latch space so the sliding door just sort of sits next to it. The description did not say, or I overlooked, that it is screen top to bottom and the door does not come with the sliding plates to block the screens. We needed a doggy door fast so I ordered and then rigged old real estate signs to slide over the screens for protection and to block the heat. We also ended up adding foam stripping to close gaps around the frame. This is probably more because of the age and wear on our sliding doors than the doggy door. I did order the plastic covers and they work fine. we'll keep the door and just bar the slider for now.

The material is very cheap, does not have a good insolation you have to buy a separate insolation and I just buy the large size and does not fit a standard patio sliding doors is to short and if you want to fit your door you have to buy a separate extension with cost 28 dollars and is only 3.9 inches large so YOU HAVE TO BUY AT LEAST TWO EXTENSIONS TO FIT YOUR DOOR !!! INCREDIBLE !!!!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !

This was the best purchase for my dog EVER. It allowed her to have access to the back yard at her convenience.
