I just wanted to come back and update my review after using these for about a year.I took these consistently for several months, and I can honestly say my cramps disappeared — they really did. I’m a woman in my late 50s, going through menopause and all the changes that come with it, so finding something that actually helped has been a huge relief.About 6 weeks ago, I was nearing the end of my packet and got tempted by one of the newer hydration electrolyte powders you add to water. I thought I’d give it a try and see if it worked just as well. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision! Within a short space of time, my cramps came back — and with a vengeance.I’m now back on a subscription for these and won’t be looking elsewhere again. Don’t get me wrong, I really wish the coating was better because I do sometimes find them difficult to swallow, but the fact that they keep my cramps away makes it 100% worth it.They’ve made such a difference for me that I’m now going to explore what other products are available from this brand as well. I’m definitely sticking with these!

The label says it needs everything I need to prevent night-time cramps in my calf muscles. I usually take powdered rehydration sachets which stop it happening - this seems to provide a larger, cheaper supply of the same basic supplements. Early days but it does seem to be workingMy only issue is the size of the tablet, nearly 1cm in diameter and 5mm thick - if swallowing tablets of this size is no issue to you, they are probably very good

I've not used this particular brand before and will be taking on a two week hike, let's see how my body copes. Will update later.

Easy to swallow and leave no after taste and they seem to be working for me about 20mn after i took a tablet ,i am just going to be keeping an eye on the consistency as time goes.
