Q: Would the heat be comfortable to ease menstruation pain?

Yes! My daughter says it gets very warm and is really giving her relief from her bad menstrual cramps!

Q: Does this stay on? I tried one before that had an extremely annoying 15 minute auto shut off.

It does stay on. Very cheaply made. Broke after about 2 months. While it was working it worked well. Used it everyday. It was just part of my everyday wardrobe.

Q: I need serious heat to even tame my pain. So does it stay hot long enough or does is wuss out?

sorry for I've being late, I felt that warm belt is hot enough my necessity. But I thought its battery interrupts my dresses. So It's used for indoor location.
