Not normal.....

There was something wrong with this product. I called the mfg. & told them of the slight vinegar odor & light color & they said this was not characteristics of their product & to buy from authorized distributor directly! Amazon needs to buy it from a different vendor or supplier.

Worthless

This product is pretty much worthless, unless you intend to treat the coils monthly, which would be very expensive. It is much more economical to purchase a better product for more money, and have it last for years.
