A very nice training tool! Very good for hand eye coordination, reaction speed, reflexes and agility . Size and color is prefect, easy to see and catch. Initially it is hard to catch certain colors. it is tougher than you think! You dont realize how much coordination and focus you need to catch a certain color until you actually start. Very effective keeping workouts entertaining. And If you cant catch a certain color then just play game of catch! Just toss it! Very simple and effective and so much fun!

Good for improving hand eye coordination. The item is durable on grass and soft services. Would not recommend using this on asphalt or rough concrete. Great for all ages. Easy to transport.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He looked at me like I was crazy and asked me to return it because he didn’t think he’d use it. It’s now in my living room and we all toss it around while hanging out!! It’s fun and challenging. We are looking forward to bringing it outside and getting some distance on it sonhe can track it

When I first ordered this product I thought it was going to be a stiff piece of plastic. When I received the hecostix I was surprised to find that it was firm foam material. The foam is firm but not hard so if you miss the catch it won't cause any injury from the impact. The exterior is textured with hecostix shaped stippling which allows for easy gripping. I bought this product to use as a training aid for my 10 y/o son, who plays U-Trip baseball, but from the moment I took it out of the package all three of my kids (other two are 6 y/o and 5 y/o) wanted to play the hecostix color catching game. Training with this product can be as easy or as challenging as you choose to make it. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a fun and effective way to improve focus and hand/eye coordination no matter what age or skill level.

I've used this product in my clinical setting before and have loved it! Still love it today. Price is just ridiculous though. Even their website shows the same price.
