I bought these for my son's Pearl kit. The hi-hats that came with the kit sounded like tin-can lids. These are a marked improvement.

Love the quality . Been trappin awhile , great hi hats for the money . If your starting out get them! Good product if you have been a drummer or pro musician these are great backups or even will be fine for gigs . Their are lots of diff ones for lots of money but bottom line is just get a set you won’t regret it

Good for a budget
This is a great hi-hat for a beginners kit. It sounds fine, but lacks the brightness Zildjian is known for. I bought it in a financial pinch, and it’s defintely better than the old cracked one. But with that said, I’ll probably replace when I have a little cash.
