Great value
I am very happy with this purchase. I purchased used laptops from Amazon before. My old one was getting long in the tooth. It was an HP and had good luck with it so that was the only brand I looked at. This one is very light and weighs over half what my old on did. Its very fast. Boots up incredibly fast. Has bluetooth which is great. Backlit key board.Its the perfect sized screen for me. It took no time at all to set up. My only concern is how much longer Win 10 will be supported. So far its the best pc purchase I have made. At this price I don't care if I have to replace in a couple of years.

Won't boot after 14 months

thinking it would be good to go
This “Certified Refurbished” product arrived without a battery. Here I was, trying to charge it for hours on end, thinking it would be good to go, and the battery is at 0. (Even when plugged in, it’s not charging AT ALL).

Great little laptops
I've bought alot of these 14" Elitebooks G2 versions for work, customers and family. I like the lightweight, solid performance provided by these devices. Only had one 'bad egg' but the vendor refunded promptly. I still recommend these laptops for average users that don't require the extra weight of a 15" laptop.

Battery - Dead on Arrival
Computer is great, but the battery doesn't hold charge and the computer turns off when disconnected from the charger. When I contacted the seller, they refused to send me a replacement battery, and instead told me my only option was to return the computer which I had just spent hours setting up. There was no explanation of how a factory re-certified product was shipped with a non-functioning battery.
