SlimFast is one of those brands that most people have heard of and this turned out to be a perfectly enjoyable meal replacement shake. The strawberry flavour was pleasant and easy to drink without having the artificial taste that some diet shakes can suffer from. It mixed well, kept me feeling reasonably full and was convenient for those occasions when a quick meal replacement was more practical than preparing something from scratch. Whether meal replacement plans are the right approach for everyone is another discussion entirely, but judging the product on what it sets out to do, it performed well and tasted good doing it. Great price, cheaper than big branded ones like protein works. I've tried both & considering this is way cheaper & tastes just as good I wouldn't go for expensive ones again. Works well in aiding weight loss. Smooth & easy to blend. I use an electric protein shake bottle.

I've been on slimfast 18 months and have lost well over 7 stone so far. I first tried slimfast years ago when I needed to lose a stone and it worked. I decided to go back to slimfast 18 months ago after gaining a lot of weight due to underactive thyroid which made me quit the gym as I ached all over and was constantly tired. I never weighed myself until one day I knew I must be atleast 20 stone and I had my slimfast products read. I just needed to weigh myself. I was horrified to see I was over 22 stone. Anyway I'm just over 15 stone now and the have been buying the strawberry powder or babana from amazon as the cheapest. If they put the price up too high I'd stop buying but so far I've stuck with purchasing from here. No problems at all in the 18 months I've been ordering these shakes. Now 18 months later I've still got 5 stone to lose, I'm quite tall anyway .. In my opinion your body gets used to this diet, and if the first few days are hard, hang in there as our body gets used to it.. When I first started it actually made me feel better as I was in a better routine I drink plenty of water on this diet and also the slimfast snacks have really helped when I need some chocolate. I would definitely recommend it at this price. I love the taste and i add a bit of extra 💯 skimmed milk. I had no idea I wa adding too much and I still lost weight but that's just my experience. If I'm more hungrier I add fat free milk a bit extra or freezing water.. Good luck to anyone starting... At first I had no energy did no exercise. But now I'm full of energy and a lot healthier.. I felt completely helpless before this diet. I know everyone is different. This helped me get into a good relationship with food and a routine when you know what you're doing and if you want a day off you can have one. Never let it set you back just start again the next day. Don't let one bag day or days ruin it just restart again. Either way it's making you eat less. If I can do it anyone can.
