Verb Hydrating Hair Mask

I rarely write reviews but I felt like I had to do so with this one! Hands down, this is an awesome hair mask that actually works on my thin, baby fine partially wavy-straight blonde hair with medium-high density. My hair is also very damaged from a few unfortunate accidents which left me with small clumps of hair being ripped and broken, and unintended “layers” mid-shaft, even after a few trims. I have very dry ends from said hair rippage and over-processing and chlorine damage from swimming. Virgin hair from roots to ears is relatively healthy but builds up grease quickly. Needless to say, my hair can become tangled mess, especially after showering — until I bought this stuff. It really moisturizes but without being heavy, greasy. My hair feels light (in a good way!), soft, healthier looking and detangled after use. I use it per instructions as a 7-minute mask on hair from top of ears down. After a few weeks of great results, and because I found this miraculously doesn’t leave a lot of heavy buildup the next day as most masks do on my hair type, I started using a little bit on the root above the ears and pull down through to the ends as a regular conditioner since I’ve so many lengths at the moment that need TLC. Result? Amazing. Hair immediately felt uniformly hydrated and shiny and much healthier!The other two major pluses is it doesn’t contain methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone (MI and MCI) which is found in many mainstream high-end and low-end shampoos and conditioners and shampoos for its preservative ability. However, it is a known harsh irritant and sensitizer, often the cause in allergic dermatitis. It’s also been thought it can cause hairloss in people sensitive to it. It has recently banned for use in most products in the EU, which they classify as being a ‘biocide’. Anyway, glad it doesn’t have this in it.Lastly, it really does make my blonde brighter and shiny — no stripping or dulling whatsoever. I will repurchase most definitely.

I have curly frizzy thick hair and usually do a lot of bleaching, rebonding, coloring and perms. I couldn't even use blow dryer nor run my fingers through hair. For many years, I've tried and so much money on various hair products like John Frieda and CHI. Or even luxury hair salons. None of them worked well and if they do it was too pricey.Few months ago, ipsy sent me verb hydrating mask and honestly I just sat it in my drawer for couple of months. Then I ran out of my conditioner and didn't have extra. So I just opened it and applied it on my hair. After towel dry my hair, I couldn't believe how soft and smooth my hair was! And it looks so shiny and silky!! Even my husband asked me if I did something special on my hair.(cause he knows my frizzy and super dry hair). This got me going on Amazon and end up buying it. $18 is not too bad price and honestly you don't need to use much at a time. I don't even leave this mask on my hair for 5-7 min as their instruction. I just leave it on while I wash my body and wash it right after. Still you can see the magical difference. I would totally subscribe it to not be bothered order every once in a while. I am just not sure how long I would live in my current place. I'm gonna stock up and use it forever :)

By far the best masque that I have tried! I have been platinum blonde for a long time now, so my hair has encountered a lot! I use this religiously and my hair thanks me by continuing to look healthy and feeling so soft!!! When I use it, I wash my hair at night, wring the water out and apply it. I then put my hair in a wrap and sleep with it in overnight and rinse in the morning!!! I also love the smell of it!!! Great product!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I really like the way this mask makes my hair feel. I definitely notice a difference after using it. I received a sample in a subscription box and I was actually enticed to buy the full bottle. I was not disappointed since I knew what I was in store for. I do have long hair so I had to use quite a bit and it is a costly product...but I think it is worth it. Really nice if your hair has undergone considerable heat damage. The scent is not my favorite so I'm deducting a star for that and the cost.

My hairstylist recommended the verb line for me. I’ve tried some shampoos and conditions as well as this hair mask. While the shampoos and conditioner are pretty good, this hair mask i can’t life without. I have dry and over processed hair. My hair looks and feels DULL and dry. One use of this you will get out of the shower and hair feels like SILK. I use it in place of conditioner since i only wash my hair about 3 times a week. I’ve used more expensive masks that I’ve returned because they didn’t do much for me. This is a winner every time. And for $20 you really can’t beat that. My secret for getting my hair back to healthy and shiny is this hair mask, a good leave in spray conditioner, and Paul Mitchell’s Super Skinny hair serum (thank me later)

I have ordered this product twice now. I use it every time I wash my hair. Even though previous reviewers say not to put it on your roots, I do. It does not get greasy or oily there at all. My hair is soft and shiny after each use. It finally looks healthier (was very very dry and damaged). It still frizzes in the humid climate I live in when outside, but that's because my hair still needs lots of repairing. Overall, I plan to continue to purchase this product!

Just feels like my hair is over conditioned but not hydrated. I will not buy again. I have lots of fine hair.
