I will be repurchasing this when I run out. I can't say that it “improves” my sleep, but it is improving my nightly routine.Personally, the scent is not overwhelming. I could happily use it during the daytime, but I mainly wanted this scent to remind me that its time to wind down so I only use it at bedtime.

We made soap with this and it smells amazing! One of my absolute favorite and the scent lasts.

So I love the smell of this it works all night in my diffuser and it gives such a soft smell in my room and helps me sleep and relax

As with most oils I use more than the recommended amount. We run the diffuser on a 3-hour timer at bedtime. The diffuser is across the room so I use more oil than recommended, which seems to be 6 drops for 200 ml. We can’t smell it at all at that strength.Generally the Plant Therapy oils diffuse nicely, with almost all of the 200 ml of water being used up in the morning.Blissful Dreams provides a nice lavender aroma.

I really prefer the lavender by itself as opposed to this blend. I notice no added relaxation and the smell is rather unpleasant so I will definitely be sticking with the lavender oil by itself which I find to be more relaxing.

Using in bedroom humidifier and helps promote great sleep.

I keep this bottle next to my bed and apply it directly on my skin at bedtime. Love love love the scent and it is very calming. Perfect blend.
