Great dispenser which is easy to use and works very well, bought this to replace one I had used for years which kept jamming and causing the tape to stick to itself. The tape it came with was also very good quality but I have bought a set of 6 rolls which were much cheaper and work just as well. There are cheaper ones about but think you get what you pay for in this instance.

Absolute godsend! Makes labelling parcels and boxes a doddle!! Recommend!

Is what I expected!

I almost sent this back - every time I had used it, the loose end of the tape retreated onto the roll and you had a heck of a job finding it again. Several other reviews said the same. However, if you tinker with the resistance adjuster, you can get it to work perfectly, without the tape retracting. I suspect it would be less temperamental with brown parcel tape which is more clingy. Overall no regrets and I'm keeping it. Some instructions would have helped.

It's tape! Sticky on one side and not on the other. Also, it's transparent, so you can see how good (or not) your tape job came out. Works as designed.

Great product at a good price. Well worth the buy if you send more than a few packages every month.

Great use and price ! we use it to return amazon packages ;) I like that it comes with a guard for the blade. I put it back on after each use. The tape is o.k. Not as sticky as you’d want it to be. Quality still good enough

I literally had to deep drive through YouTube to find out that there is a guard over the blade that needs to be taken off. This should be written on the instructions or something, i almost threw the thing out The tape is fine, could be stickier. Otherwise it's a good dispenser
