This product is a great alternative to other much more pricey items on the market of similar nature. It can easily be connected to a bungee, or tables in the gym. Very good for core and abdominal work in the gym or a park. I recommend it as it does have good texture.

I was introduced to this rotation band by our athletic director at our club. Although she found it under baseball rotation tools it works very well for a golf swing.

Been looking for this product for a year. I used it a physical therapy and it’s a game changer for core. QL muscle activation with glute work. I use it attached to a cable machine at like 60lbs. I do single leg deadlifts with a KB on the same side as standing leg.

I purchased this to strengthen my core and hip belt. Overall, the quality is decent, but there are no instructions on how to use it. Moreover, the tutorial video only shows a left-handed pitcher using it, which is confusing. While the product itself is good, it would be much better if there were a user-friendly instruction manual included.

Helps great with rotation

Comparing the products to the others on the market you are paying a third of the price for twice the product. The coil band has been a great addition to my training regiment
