I have used MANY different types from various names of products and I have found this particular item to be the BEST item to use for my husband . I use the women’s brand because it actually fits him better than the men’s. The men’s at 2xl are tight compared to the women’s 2xl plus I feel the absorbency is better. I definitely recommend this item, it maybe a little pricey but it is worth the cost. I gave all my other brands to someone else and now only use this!

I am new to this product. I am an 80 year young veteran survivor who got a leg injury. My first order was sent USPS, unfortunately, they do not deliver anything to all residents. Excited that this underwear will solve my issue of waking up once in the middle of the night dragging my walker to the bathroom. I have to pick it up at the post office. USPS is about 3 blocks from my home, but I have to walk with the help of my walker crossing the railroad tracks hoping there will be no train coming while I am struggling crossing, then I have to cross the main hwy cuz the office is in the other side of the street. There is no way to avoid the tracks. But I made it but have to struggle again my way back home carrying this big package. I made it back home safely. When i examined & tried it on, it was not comfortable for me. Tried one night, but leak problem. It's ok. I have to adjust. The product is excellent. I placed another order and requested the seller to send it UPS/Fedex. It is not possible because I think they already mailed it out via USPS. And to my surprise when I checked the arrival date, it was shipped FEDEX. What a wonderful seller! I appreciate it very much and very grateful. I don't have to go through crossing the railroad tracks and the main hwy w/ my walker to pick it up. Still I can not carry the load because I ordered more than one package. I can not carry it on my back. What if I trip in the middle of the railroad tracks and there's an oncoming train? Lastly, I am not being dramatic. I am just in very difficult situation. I apologize for the inconvenience. Very kind and considerate seller. They truly understand their clients needs. Thank you kindly. Glad my injury is not permanent.

This product is comfortable & what is perfect. When I wake in morning Bed is dry. Don’t have leaks nor water fall out the side like others do. Priced right also. Happy as can be! Ty.

Although very absorbent, they do not seem to hold everything, and leakage is routine. Use a waterproof sleeping pad as well.

Best overnight brief for my incontinent husband. He will sleep 12+ hours and to my surprise this brief keeps any urine leakage to a minimum. He has worn Tena brand overnight briefs and the urine will still find a way to leak onto his clothing. Highly recommend the Because brief for overnight! Outer package states that it is Urologist recommended too! The company that makes the briefs are a small business which I like supporting.

I really like these a lot. Next to your skin, the material is soft, and the absorbency is great. I will be buying these again.

OK for most daytime use but just not enough coverage in the absorbent pad area for extended needs. Tried two different sizes but does not live up to claimed performance for my needs. Of the four brands I've tried (Because, Depend, Always, Tena), although not foolproof, Tena is the most reliable.

I bought these for nighttime wear for my elderly mother-in-law. They are by far, the best fit and absorbency of anything else she has tried. (And she has tried 3 other kinds from the local medical supply store, as well as Kirkland brand) No more doubling up of cheaper pull ups, no more leaks and extra laundry the next morning. The higher price and import fee is worth it for this Canadian customer. We are now buying the case of 80, which will save us some money. I’d highly recommend these.

The underwear fits snugly around legs and lasts through the night. Best adult absorbent underwear around.

Since I received the last order in December 2025, the quality of these have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. They no longer absorb fluids, it sits on top of the pads and ends up having the urine running down your leg! I have had to reinforce these with absorbent liners and they are the only thing that seems to actually hold any liquid! DO NOT BUY THESE! Unless they go back to the previous format I will never buy this product again!!
