I just received my bottle, but I was surprised that the pills are very oily on the outside & leave a red residue all over. Is that normal?

I've been taking these for almost a year and half this past bottle has something seriously wrong with it, every week it gets worse, if your pills are oily and have a residue exchange them asap it's not normal

If I order now what is the expiration date ?

The bottle I got a month or so ago expires June 2017.
