Works great! It takes a little while to charge the battery but it lasts longer than I thought it would. Comfortable and I thought the 3 heat settings were great! And it's not really bulky which I really love!

Gives off good heat and relieves cramps but battery only lasts a couple hours. This is usually enough time for pain relief medication to kick in for me though so it works for my purposes! It's comfortable and does not poke or scratch me at all. Definitely recommend wearing a layer of clothing underneath it though since it does get very hot and has left a temporary heat rash on my skin.

I love the size and configuration of this heating pad; used for lower back pain in my case.The heat levels are excellent for my use and I would highly recommend this pad for convenience and functionality.I do wish additional batteries were available for sale within the listing, I bought a second unit to always have a battery charged, and just in case of unit failure.That said, the stitching of the pad and length of the attachment strap are perfect.

Pretty good for the price

I was so happy with this product until I took it off after work and realized it burned my tummy. I had it on over my yoga pants and a long tshirt. It’s been a week and I still have a burn scar. I pray it goes away and isn’t permanent. I had to give 1 star because of this but gave high ratings for comfort (very comfortable and stays in place) and for pain relief and softness. The waist is adjustable with Velcro. I’m 150lbs and it fit perfect for me. I’m a chronic heating pad user so I’m surprised I had this reaction.

I truly love this portable heating pad. For years I’ve relied on a corded heating pad at night for times I have back pain or cramps, and the ability to now have that relief in a portable form is life changing! The design of this one is flat enough that I can wear it under clothing to work without it being noticeable. I tried another style first, and ended up returning it because it was hard plastic and uncomfortable (it had “massage” vibrations built in, which also did not live up to my expectations). This one fits closer to the body really well. It has multiple heating levels, and I never have to use the highest, which prolongs battery life. Also, it seems to have an internal timer for safety. If it shuts off, don’t assume it ran out of battery! Just turn it back on :) It seems to recharge relatively quickly as well. Seriously, if you’re suffering from things like back pain or cramps: buy it! You’ll be glad you did!
