Started lying after a year using
I owned three of them, in couple of years all got same issue - they lost accuracy, the issue in cheap connector between the panel(brain) and main board (power suply) the terminals inside connectors gettin oxidized and it effect ADC resistance. The issue is resolved by removing crappy connectors and soldering wires directly in the boards.

this item does not include the banana to alligator test wire leads.
Received this product today. It did not come with the banana plug to alligator test wire lead despite the product picture clearly showing the item is included.

Good Power Suppy - Bad Lead Set
I've been using this power supply for over a year now and really like the supply, with one caveat. I was charging a battery at ~3A and noticed a voltage drop between the voltage reading on the power supply and the measurement at the battery of over 2V. Upon investigating the leadset (banana plug on one end and alligator clips on the other) I found that the leadset is made with very small wire (I estimate 24AWG), and the connections at both ends are compression connections without any solder. In addition when I attempted to solder the wires they were heavily oxidized and would not accept solder. Do as I did and make your own lead set using 18AWG lamp cord, tinning both ends and soldering to the alligator clips. Other that the leads this power supply has been reliable, with accurate voltage and current displays.
