Life changer. I love how much cleaner and fresh my home feels and smells. Less dust and less dry. I love that you can look at what is potentially polluting the air.

It was the best investment we made in a while. My toddler finally sleeps fine, there is no cough at night, and the air feels fresh and clean. This is the first time I have recommended a Dyson product.

I will give this item a 5 star but it says the oscillation is disabled bc it may be obstructed. However, it is not - I would like to reach out to the customer service for assistance.

The Dyson machine itself performs satisfactorily. When it works, it does the job as expected – nothing groundbreaking, but it’s decent and gets the task done. However, at this price point it is significantly overpriced for the value it actually delivers. For what you pay, I expected far better build quality and features. What really matters most is the after-sales service, and on that front Dyson has been an absolute disaster. My machine has been stuck in their repair process since early February 2026. On 3 February 2026 they confirmed it was “fully repaired and ready for delivery.” It is now 25 March 2026 — that is nearly eight full weeks later — and I am still waiting with no replacement and no refund. I have formally rejected the repaired unit multiple times and clearly told them I want either a brand-new replacement or a full cash refund under UAE consumer law because of the unreasonable delay and inconvenience. They continue to drag their feet with zero resolution. After-sales service is the single most important factor when buying an expensive appliance like this, and Dyson’s performance here has been unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing any high-end Dyson product if you value reliable support after the sale. Very disappointed and would not buy again.

Very bad quality the machine started makinh a loud noise after few weeks of use

This is my second time ordering this product! First time I bought it a year ago for my daughter’s room and we have been so happy with the product that I decided to get another one for our bedroom! Does amazing job cleaning the air and humidity is perfect! The price is so much better here!

What can i say about this product. Its difficult at first to set up but over the time i get used to it. Just a hustle to refill water all the time and i dont even feel much the humidity from it. And over time the air quality graph got confuse because for long time air quality is good and then go too poor quality. When i restart the machine then the air qualitu is good again. Weird..

It completely stop working 10 days after the purchase..exclamation mark is on and it won’t simply switch on.Contacted Dyson support so they need to pick it up now.Extremely disappointed considering amount of money paid
