I had surgery and wore this after for a month. It was comfortable kept the compression where needed and easy to sleep in. the extra hooks seem unnecessary but they are needed and isnt too much a hassle to put on. First few days I needed help but after that it was a breeze to take on and off to take showers and wash. It cleans well also. Price is super too. If you are having gynecomastia surgery you will need one and this was perfect for me. Surgery came out great I think this helped to keep the shape of chest too as it healed.

I came home from ftm top surgery with a Marena vest on (short L). That worked well but Doc said I should probably get a second vest since I would need compression for a total of 4-6 weeks. I was going to get a second Marena vest but because of the price I decided to search for something else. I decided on this vest and am very pleased. I like that you can adjust the compression with the selection of clips on the front. As with any vest of this sort, if you are a bit big in the stomach area, it won't fit perfectly. It is a little large in my upper chest so i pad it (same with Marena) to increase compression. I don't clip all the way to the bottom but it actually works better than the Marena since there is no option to adjust the fit on the lower part with the Marena. I actually have less discomfort with this vest, I think because I can adjust the fit better. I recommend for anyone who wants a reasonably priced post op compression vest.

Not great. Hard to get all the clasps aligned when putting on, they keep pulling out. Not very tight at all, got the smallest size and have it on the smallest setting and it’s still extremely lose, I’m considered overweight according to BMI, so definitely not just a small body issue. Bought it for post surgery compression and wouldn’t recommend it at all. Even for normal binding I can’t imagine this would make any difference at all or create any type of compression. Also stinks weird like burnt plastic

This binder exceeded my expectations. The quality is soft and comfortable. It’s able to be adjusted to whatever compression level you need, which is perfect for post surgery swelling. The hooks also seem to be decent quality hardware. I ordered 1 size down than what the size guide recommended because of the reviews, and I think it’s a perfect fit! Upon my first wear, the only downside I’ve noticed is that it rolls up. Otherwise, great quality for the price. I would recommend it to anyone after top surgery!

This is perfect support for my post gynecomastia surgery. It’s gives good compression and size is pretty accurate, but I would size down if worn for recovery. The clips feel durable and materiel is quite comfortable. Pretty happy with this purchase!

Works great

The smallest size was too big to actual add any compression for me post-op. It fit more like a loose vest, and would unhook itself. Also one of the hooks pulled out from the fabric the first time I put it on, even though the fabric wasn't being stretched. I imagine it works better for people with larger chests.

I’ll let the image speak for itself. I don’t like showing my body but if it helps fellow men with moobs I’m happy. XXL. I’m 6’3 chest size is 46. Using last line. It’s just right. It does say max size 44 but that’s what I wanted a little tightness. Feel okay around the arms and not chocking them. Great for weight-loss or in general. It feels durable. Comfortable material. I’d say 46 is pushing it on xxl. Hope that helps.
