Dear customer you need to put bed sheet on top of the mattress protector. It’s not noisy at all.

It’s s very good Quality Mattress protector and it does what it says on the tin.

Will this work against sick?

I would think that it would be able to handle vomit. The terrytowelling is really absorbent and the bottom layer VERY waterproof. Easy to wash and dry as well!!
