How long does the ice cold feel last?

About 10-15 minutes. You have to be careful with these though, it’s hard to get these to pop like they are supposed to. Most of the time I can hear when the pocket is popped and a small stream of liquid is released into crystal portion.

Do these have a shelf life? Not "how long do they stay cold" but "how long will they still work after buying".

I had mine for 6 months and still worked great. I’m not sure.
