Low smoke point means it's not what the label purports
I'm not sure what's in this, but I do not believe it to be 100% avocado oil.. as soon as it hits my medium-hot stainless steal pan it smokes up - about as much as olive oil would. Not recommended.

For hair
I don't use on cooking. I use it on my hair and I love how it works on my hair. It is not like a thick castor oil which takes more than one wash so what I do is I apply it on my hair and leave it overnight and double cleanse my hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. After that my hair feels soft n so manageable. But in other hand if u want to turn the table of eating healthy then u can also use it as a cooking oil it just makes it more healthier.

The smell of the oil is not fresh ! And the taste is not pleasant , it's a pity that you can't return it ! There's even no expiration date on the packaging !
